“The company INTRALOT S.A. – INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND GAMING SERVICES” informs, in accordance with par. 5 of article 9 of Law 3556/2007, as applicable, for the purpose of facilitating the calculation of the limits of acquisition or disposal of significant holdings by shareholders or rights holders, that after the completion of the increase of the share capital by payment of cash and right of preference in favor of the old shareholders carried out in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company from 21.06.2022, and the provision of article 24 par. 1 (b) of N.4548/2018 by virtue of the authority granted to the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders on 23.05.2022 (the “Increase”), and following the certification of payment of the amount of the Increase by the Administrative Council on 25.07.2022, its share capital now amounts to €111,401,100, divided into 371,337,000 common, registered, immaterial, voting shares, nominal value €0.30 each.
