Reduction of share capital by € 1,117,480.80, with reduction of the total number of shares from 152,261,721 to 148,536,785 common registered shares, due to the cancellation of 3,724,936 treasury shares, Intralot announced, by decision of the General Meeting. of its shareholders, of 17 May.
The 3,724,936 treasured shares of INTRALOT to be canceled were acquired during the year 2018, in execution of the decisions of the Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders from 26.05.2016 and 16.05.2018.
As a result of the above cancellation, the share capital of INTRALOT now amounts to € 44,561,035.50 and 148,536,785 common registered shares, with a nominal value of € 0.30 each.
Following the above, from Wednesday 01.06.2022 the trading on the Athens Stock Exchange of 3,724,936 common registered shares ceases, which will be canceled.
