As a result, on 01/03/2022, the proportion of Alphachoice Services Limited’s direct voting rights on INTRALOT shares amounts to 25,695% of all the voting rights of the issuer (ie 39,123.920 voting rights), compared to a previous 20,885% total voting rights of the Issuer (ie 31,800,000 voting rights), due to the acquisition of 7,323,920 Common Registers, after voting rights, of Intralot shares.
At the same time, the percentage of indirect voting rights of Mr Socrates P. Kokkalis in Intralot shares amounts to 25,695% of the entire voting rights of the issuer (ie 39,123.920 indirect voting rights), compared to a previous 20,885% of the total of the Issuer’s voting rights (ie 31,800,000 indirect voting rights), through the successively controlled companies.
