Apple today announced a new version of the Apple TV 4K, as well as an all-new Siri Remote with touchpad.
The Apple TV 4K is equipped with the Apple A12 Bionic SoC, Dolby Vision and High Frame Rate HDR support, and 32GB or 64GB of flash storage.
The remote has a new circular gesture for precise control over playback. There is now a button to turn off the TV’s power, and the Siri launch button has moved to the side of the remote.
Depending on the amount of memory, the set-top box will be offered at prices of $ 179 and $ 199, respectively.
Acceptance of pre-orders starts on April 30.
