Samsung Electronics has presented a new smartphone from the line of “unkillable” devices – Galaxy XCover 5.
According to the manufacturer, it is a rugged and productive device for work in extreme conditions, designed for employees who need to perform technically demanding tasks while remaining mobile. Samsung promises that the smartphone can work in a production hall or in extreme heat, rain or snow outdoors.
The smartphone can be operated with gloves, the screen recognizes touch even so. Also noted is protection against water and dust IP68, the ability to withstand drops from a height of up to 1.5 meters, certified according to the military standard MIL-STD-810G, a replaceable 3000 mAh battery with support for fast charging (15 W) via USB and POGO connectors …
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 is equipped with a 5.3-inch TFT HD + screen, a main camera (16 MP, f / 1.8 aperture), a front camera (5 MP, f / 2.2), SoC Exynos 850, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in flash memory. There is NFC support and one programmable hardware button.
