The Toyota RAV4, the brand’s best-selling crossover, celebrates its 25th anniversary in the United States. To mark the occasion, Toyota unveiled new paint options, wheel options and new headlights for existing versions, as well as a new hybrid model.
The SE Hybrid will join the RAV4 lineup in 2022. This model is a more affordable version of the XSE for the price and offers similar sporty design elements, but lacks some of the amenities. The SE Hybrid features standard solid color paint, cloth seats, a 7-inch touchscreen, and a six-speaker audio system.
SE Hybrid comes with two available packages: Weather and Convenience. The Weather package adds a heated steering wheel, heated front seats and a rain sensor, while the Convenience package adds a sunroof, an adjustable tailgate and an enlarged 9.0-inch touchscreen.
The XLE and all of the above models now feature new LED fog lights available on the XLE Premium, Limited, Adventure and TRD Off-Road. The XSE Hybrid stands out from the pack with vertical LED fog lights, similar to those featured in XSE Prime.
A lockable glove box and LED interior lighting are now standard on all trims, XLE and older have illuminated interior switches, and the Limited now features eight-way power front seats.
