Invitation to participate in the internal party elections of KINAL by Pavlos Geroulanos

A speech in a central hotel of Heraklion in the presence of members of the Movement for Change, was made by the candidate for the presidency of KINAL, Pavlos Geroulanos, who is paying a visit to Crete. During his speech, Pavlos Geroulanos called on the members and friends of the party to participate in the internal party elections, noting that “on December 5 and 12 we will vote for a party leader. Whatever you vote for, give the party perspective, let the party look ahead, talk about Greece it can, talk about how we need to change the pathogenesis that even we served, if we do that and give perspective to the Movement for Change, I assure you that we will give perspective to the country “.

Mr. Geroulanos also referred to the question that, as he said, is raised, whether the Movement for Change will go with ND or SYRIZA.

“I said that we will go to a different state, which believes in the decentralization of power. And tell me if SYRIZA or ND believe in the decentralization,” said Mr. Geroulanos. He accused SYRIZA of trying to “cap up rather than decentralize power” and ND for the latest bill for the executive state, where “he took power from the ministries, and instead of going down, he went even further.” . In this context, he remarked: “Let us say where we want to go, and I will tell you if they will ask us again if we go right or left, because the question will not make sense.”

During his speech, Mr. Geroulanos referred to a series of proposals focusing on the need to establish a different productive model, which will not be based on the few and powerful, proposing a decentralized scheme, in which the Regions and the municipalities will have key role. “If we want to change what we are experiencing, we need a new political proposal that will be based on three axes: the radical decentralization of power, the expansion of the productive class and the redistribution of wealth,” Geroulanos added.
