PEC of Precatório
The basic text of the PEC dos Precatórios was approved last night, in the first round, by the Chamber of Deputies. The proposal had as a novelty the interventions made by the Senate last week. Five highlights must still be analyzed today by the Chamber so that there is a second round vote in the plenary.
Election poll
According to a survey by the Ipec institute, released on Tuesday, former president Lula (PT) leads the vote intentions for the presidency with 48%. He is followed by Jair Bolsonaro (PL), with 21%. Next are Sergio Moro (Podemos), with 6%; Ciro Gomes (PDT), with 5%; André Janones (Avante) and João Doria (PSDB) are in a technical tie, with 2% each. The margin of error is plus or minus two percentage points, with a 95% confidence level.
Vaga no TCU
The Federal Senate chose Antonio Anatasia (PSD-MG) to fill the vacancy at the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU). The miner received 52 votes against 19 from Kátia Abreu (PP-TO) and 7 from Fernando Bezerra Coelho (MDB-PE), leader of the government in the house. The nomination is subject to approval by the Chamber. Anastasia will replace Raimundo Carreiro, who will be ambassador in Lisbon, and should give way to the first substitute Alexandre Silveira.

Open banking
The Central Bank (BC) starts today the last stage of the open banking in Brazil. In this fourth and final phase, foreign exchange, investment, insurance and private pension companies will be included in the data sharing. BC expects the system to be fully implemented by March 2022.
