Hacker Pwn20wnd from the Unc0ver team announced the release of the Unc0ver 6.0.0 tool for everyone. This is the first working jailbreak for the iPhone 12 series, which debuted in fall 2020.

Hacker CoolStar, known for the Chimera jailbreak tool, is also preparing a jailbreak solution for iOS 14 – 14.3. Both solutions exploit the cicuta_verosa vulnerability discovered and reported recently.

For Apple smartphones, on which users have already installed iOS 14.4, released at the end of January, the new jailbreak solution will no longer work. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to “rollback” from iOS 14.4 to older OS versions, since Apple has already stopped signing iOS 14.3.
