iPhone 14 Pro will receive a record amount of fast LPDDR5 RAM or even LPDDR5X

According to Haitong Securities analyst Jeff Poo, the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max will each get 6GB of RAM, while the 6.1-inch iPhone Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max will equipped with 8 GB of RAM.

It is worth remembering that Apple used 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM for the first time in the iPhone 6S. The iPhone XS was the first to receive 4GB of RAM, and the iPhone 12 Pro was the first smartphone from the company to receive a whopping 6GB of RAM. There have been no changes in the iPhone 13 lineup in this regard, but they will be in the next year.

Jeff Poo adds that, taking into account the latest trends in the industry, the company will not only increase the amount of RAM, but also switch to using LPDDR5 or even LPDDR5X modules.

The same analyst confirms that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will feature a new 48MP main camera sensor.

It is worth noting that similar predictions for the iPhone 14 line were previously made by Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has long been known for his accurate predictions about Apple products.

The presentation of the iPhone 14 is expected in September next year.
