The team of the popular private classifieds service Avito has summed up the results of the third quarter of 2021 for mobile phones. During this period, 13% more mobile phones were sold through services than in the same period last year, and 10% more compared to Q2 2021
The most popular manufacturers were Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi. The iPhone accounts for 50% of all phones purchased through the service. At the same time, the average sales receipt for the famous iPhone in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to 15,000 rubles, which is 11% more than in the previous quarter and 30% higher than the average cost of the same period last year. The number of sales of Apple smartphones for the quarter increased by 10%, over the year, the purchase of iPhones began to increase by 28%.
Samsung phones accounted for 17% of all Avito transactions. The price remained at the level of the previous quarter and last year. The average check is 8,000 rubles. Samsung smartphone sales were up 9% from both the prior quarter and the third quarter of last year.
