iPhone SE 2022 went on sale in many countries of the world, but not in Russia

Last week, Apple held a new product launch conference, introducing a range of new devices, including the iPhone SE 2022. Today, the iPhone SE 2022 went on sale in many countries around the world, but not in Russia. The price of the device in the base configuration with 64 GB of flash memory in the US is $430. There are also 128 GB versions for $480 and 256 GB for $580.

The new model looks exactly like the old one, but it uses the Apple A15 Bionic single-chip system, like the iPhone 13. The new iPhone SE has 1 GB more RAM than its predecessor, just like the iPhone 13. Recall, only iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max have 6 GB of RAM.

The iPhone SE with the A15 Bionic processor scored 1695 in the single-core test and 4021 in the multi-core test. Compared to the iPhone 13, the device is only slightly behind in the single-core test, but loses about 700 points in the multi-core test. Presumably, due to the small size of the smartphone, Apple slowed down the single-chip system to avoid overheating problems, as well as to use the battery wisely.

iPhone SE 2022 has a 4.7-inch screen, as well as a button with a Touch ID fingerprint scanner. The phone is IP67 rated and supports 5G.

According to TASS, the App Store continues to operate in our country, and iOS updates continue to arrive on the devices of Russian users.
