Iran is a ‘fair’ conversations on its nuclear program if the West demonstrates good will

Iran said he was ready to return to “fair” talks on his nuclear program, since the West shows “goodwill”, as the Islamic Republic’s Foreign Minister Abbas Arakzi pointed out in a letter on Thursday.
