Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's helicopter found – Photos from overnight searches

The Iranian media announced that the helicopter carrying the president of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, had been located, specifically in an inaccessible area where the rescue teams are operating, without releasing more details. Searches will continue through the night under adverse weather conditions as severe thunderstorms and high winds sweep the area. In fact, it became known that the helicopter crashed due to dense fog. It is noted that a little earlier it was announced that there is communication with at least one person who was on board the helicopter. An Iranian official spoke to Sky News on condition of anonymity and said one person had been able to contact authorities. Also, a rescuer assisting in the investigations in statements he made on Iranian television said that there is communication with at least two people who were on board the helicopter, however they have not been located, nor are details of their condition known.
