Is the Core i9-12900K and GeForce RTX 3090 Enough for The Matrix Awakens Unreal Engine 5 Demo? The project has already been launched and received a response

Epic Games a few days ago not only fully launched its new engine, but also released a sample of The Matrix Awakens demo project, which was sensational at the end of last year, available to everyone.

We are talking about a sample project, not a regular demo. That is, if someone wants to run the project on his PC, he will have to compile it first. In any case, channel author AJ Gaming has already done this, so we have the data.

So, a system based on the Core i9-12900K and GeForce RTX 3090 at 1440p provides 30-50 fps. On the one hand, it cannot be said that this is even just a good result. On the other hand, this is still not about the game, but about the demo, and it was not originally optimized for the PC, so for now it’s not worth saying that all games on UE5 will be incredibly demanding.
