Islamic State claims responsibility for pylon blast that plunged Kabul into darkness

The Islamic State in Khorasan (IKH), took responsibility for strong explosion occurred on a high voltage line that sank the Kabul in the dark on Thursday (22/10) night. With an announcement posted on her channel at Telegram, the jihadist group said “caliphate soldiers detonated a bomb at an electricity pylon in Kabul” on Thursday to damage the electricity grid.
