At least three people were killed today in an attack in central Greece Israelas the country celebrates the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Jewish state, a day that coincides with the end of Eid al-Fitr Muslim celebrations.
A fourth person, victim of the attack, is being treated in critical condition, according to the Israeli first aid services Magen David Adom.
The police, according to the APE – BPE, announced that the incident seems to be terrorist attack.
The mayor of Greece, speaking on Channel 12 of Israeli television, called on the residents to stay inside their homes, while the security services are operating in the area.
There have been bloody attacks in Israel in recent weeks and violent clashes between Palestinian and Israeli police.
