Meanwhile, the Israeli army again this morning called on civilians to immediately evacuate locations in southern Lebanon, where it launched a ground offensive against the Lebanese Islamist movement Hezbollah yesterday, Monday. The Israeli army’s spokesman for the Arabic-speaking public, Avichal Andrai, posted a message on his Telegram account calling on civilians to evacuate “for their safety” from more than twenty locations, including Palestinian refugee camps, mostly on the outskirts of Tyre.
