According to a UN Humanitarian Coordination Office (OCHA) on April 23, using data from the Gaza Ministry of Health by April 17, new conflicts have led to the deaths of 1,691 people – between 595 children and 308 women – with the total number of dead. About 420,000 people have been displaced again, while almost 70% of the area is under evacuation orders or is considered a seat belt under Israeli control.
