A satirical show in Israel mocked the way it covers the BBC the war in Gaza, after Israeli officials have accused the Media of focusing on dead Palestinian children rather than dead Israelis after the Hamas attack.
The show “Eretz Nehederet» posted a video lasting about three and a half minutes and according to her Jerusalem Post shows the leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinuarto talk to a presenter.
“39 days after Hamas men peacefully attacked Israelwe now have an exclusive interview with its leader” said the presenter and added that “Mr. Sinuar, I understand that you are now working for a ceasefire”.
“All we are saying is to give the ceasefire a chance. The situation in Gaza is terrible, Rachel. All the innocent citizens run out of town, so we are left without protectionYahya Sinuar then replied.

“No human shields at all. So unfair” commented the presenter, to receive the answer: “So unfair. And our hospitals, Rachel, our schools, they’ve all been hit by rockets. How are we supposed to kill Jews like this? do you choose me Please people, we need a ceasefire. We are tired, we need a break. Don’t forget, we started a day earlier than the Israelis.”
“So unfair. So unfairthe presenter agreed before asking Sinuar to hush a crying baby behind him. Sinuar then said it was a baby from Israel and he hadn’t slept well since he was kidnapped, with the woman saying: “is there an Israeli baby that’s torturing you because of sleep deprivation? Is he taking over your house? So unfair. So unfair… And people do absolutely nothing about it. I really hope you achieve your ceasefire soon.”
