Israel’s excavators work in Gaza after the end of the ceasefire

Israeli tanks and excavators operated on dirt roads near the buildings destroyed in northern Gaza on Thursday (10), seen from the other side of the border in southern Israel, amid the ongoing and expanding military campaign, resumed in Palestinian territory last month.

Israel resumed the bombing of Gaza on March 18, after a two -month truce, and sent troops back to the region.

For the next three weeks, the Gaza Ministry of Health, controlled by Hamas, states that Israeli military attacks killed almost 1,500 Palestinians.

Since late March, Israel has ordained that Gaza residents have left the surroundings of the territory to create what they describe as a security zone; Residents fear that the objective is to shake the region permanently.

The Israel War in Gaza was triggered in October 2023, when Hamas fighters killed 1,200 people in southern Israel and made about 250 hostages, according to Israeli data.

Since then, more than 50,800 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli military campaign, according to Palestinian authorities.
