Israel’s operation in Madleen was “piracy”, a passenger on the boat – “There were incidents of abuse”

As a “piracy” he described the operation of the Israeli army on the Madleen boat by Dr. Batist Andre, one of the arrested passengers. The boat, which was directed to Gaza by transporting humanitarian aid, was occupied by Israeli marines. Speaking after his return to France, Andre complained that during the operation “incidents of abuse of passengers were reported”. According to the testimony of the French doctor, at 02:30 on Monday morning, they were approached by a dozen sailors who had at least 80 marines over them who occupied the “Madeleine”. Batist Andre said that with this operation, Israeli authorities violated the law of the sea and international law. He also noted that there were acts of abuse but not the exercise of physical violence. He specifically said that it was not always easy to have some water and some bread, nor of course healthcare.
