The request of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to postpone the hearing proceedings in his trial for corruption has partially accepted a court, according to a court document released by Likund, the Netanyahu party. “Following the explanations given, (…) we partially accept the request and currently cancel the dates of Netanyahu’s hearing procedures set for June 30 and July 2,” said the Jerusalem’s document, which had previously rejected the request. Netanyahu’s lawyer had called on Thursday the postponement of the hearing procedures that were to be repeated next week, citing “developments in the region and the world” after the Iranian war and because of the continuation of the war in Gaza.
