There are 1,185 patients with covid 19 in the intensive care units of the country, while there are 10,578 in the hospital wards.

At the same time, the committee of scientists advising the Draghi government addressed the issue of quarantine of fully vaccinated citizens at its meeting today and came up with the following proposal: hereinafter, a citizen (vaccinated in three doses and working in the whole society) comes in contact with a coronavirus patient, not to be quarantined anymore, but to use for a week-in his work- a mask of high protection.

The final decision will be made by the Draghi government, whose cabinet is currently meeting. The proposed change is expected to be approved, so as not to block the operation of trains, airports, post offices and other important services, due to the quarantine of vaccinated citizens.
