According to an Italian judge in the city of Belluno, in the Veneto region, medical staff who refuse to be vaccinated are not entitled to continue receiving their salary.
That judge dealt with the whole issue after an appeal by eleven citizens (These are three nurses and eight support staff), who work in two nursing homes in the Belluno area.
After refusing to be vaccinated, they were placed on compulsory leave by their employers.
