Italy: Aren’t you vaccinated? You are not paid

According to an Italian judge in the city of Belluno, in the Veneto region, medical staff who refuse to be vaccinated are not entitled to continue receiving their salary.

That judge dealt with the whole issue after an appeal by eleven citizens (These are three nurses and eight support staff), who work in two nursing homes in the Belluno area.

After refusing to be vaccinated, they were placed on compulsory leave by their employers. Shortly afterwards, an Italian public doctor ruled that he was “Unfit for work”, due to their negative attitude towards the vaccine against covid 19 and the consequences it can have on elderly and vulnerable groups, as transmitted by AMPE.

Following an appeal by the eleven “deniers” to the Italian judiciary (citing the right of citizens to free choice), the competent judge ruled that there were no valid reasons for refusing the vaccine, since the effectiveness of these preparations on the adverse effects of the drastic reduction of deaths in the categories of citizens who could be vaccinated “.
