Here we go again. Starting today, Monday 15 March and until 6 April, the new rules to stop the infections are in force. The yellow color disappears from all over Italy which instead becomes a red zone in 10 regions plus an autonomous province. Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trento in the North. In the South Puglia, Campania, Molise, Lazio, Marche,
Orange the remaining 8 regions and an autonomous province: Sicily, Calabria, Basilicata, Abruzzo, Umbria, Tuscany, Liguria, Valle D’Aosta e Bolzano. Here too, however, there are municipalities marked in red. White as we know Sardinia.
In red zone all schools of all types and levels closed, including those for children and nursery schools. From elementary school upwards, distance learning is provided.
The stores are all closed apart from the usual list of 29 retail businesses that may remain open. These are the shops that sell items that are considered essential. Closed instead hairdressers, barbers and beauty centers.
Bars and restaurants are closed to the public but take-away is allowed until 10pm. No limit to home deliveries.
Self-certification is always required to leave the house (the pdf form) that you certify that you are moving only for reasons of work, health or necessity. The return to one’s residence, domicile or home is always permitted.
No visits are allowed except to non self-sufficient people who need help or assistance.
The move towards a second home it is always allowed, together with the family unit. Provided you have the property or the long lease from before January 15th. Second homes can also be reached in another region and also in the red zone.
However, there are some regions that have issued ordinances expressly prohibiting it. However, only those who have a title to prove ownership can do it (they can show a copy or self-certify it).
Sports and physical activity: the walk can only be done near your home and alone, unless you are with minor children, non self-sufficient people and pets. The sporting activity must be carried out alone also in parks and public gardens, with a distance of at least two meters from other people. Clubs and sports centers are closed, even outdoors.
What happens in the orange zone
In orange zone, for high schools is provided for teaching in presence in rotation in a percentage between 50 and 75 percent. For the others there is Dad. Depending on the contagion situations, however, the governors can decide on further limitations.
The shops are all open. On the other hand, shopping centers, galleries and markets close on the weekend. Also open hairdressers, barbers and beauty centers. Closed bars and restaurants to the public. And it is not even possible to sit at outdoor tables. Open only for take-away, up to 22, and for home delivery 24 hours a day, without time limits.
In your municipality you can move freely. You can leave your municipality, however, only for reasons of necessity or urgency. In your municipality you can only go to a single house once a day to find friends, relatives, boyfriends.
The second box they are intended as a home where you can always return, inside and outside the region even if it is in the red zone. Short affections, stipulated after January 15th, are excluded from the permit.
Yes to sport, but always outdoors and at a distance two meters from the other people. The clubs and sports centers remain open. The gyms and swimming pools remain closed.
