Italy: Draghi prepares a certificate for free movement of vaccinated people

The last twenty-four hours, in Italy any previous coronavirus vaccination record has been broken. According to the competent authorities, 347,279 doses of anti-covid preparations were administered. Mario Draghi, is that, by the end of April, at least 500,000 doses per day can be administered.

Citizens over the age of 80 who have so far received both installments are 45.19% of the total. The first dose of the vaccine was administered to 83.8%. The corresponding percentages, in citizens aged 70 to 79 years, are 3.4% and 30.15%. Evidence from which it is clear that the vaccination campaign must be accelerated.

At the same time, the government of Rome is preparing to issue a certificate of free movement, with which one can move to all regions and enter indoor areas where public debates, screenings, football matches and other events will be organized.

The certificate, according to the information so far, will be issued by the Italian Post, in digital form. Those who have been vaccinated against the coronavirus, those who have become ill during the last six months and citizens who have undergone a diagnostic test within the 48 hours before its issuance will be entitled to request it.

According to the newspaper La Repubblica, until it is published in digital form, certificates printed on paper will be accepted, while the intention is to be able to use the domestic travel pass, and citizens who will arrive from abroad.
