Italy: Pope Leo went to Rome’s suburb Castel Gadolfo for his summer vacation

Pope Leo, ID, today went to the suburb of Rome Castel Gadolfo, in the Lake Albanian area, where he will remain for two weeks of rest. It is a location in which the Tags of the Roman Catholic Church pass, traditionally, a short summer holiday season. Pope Francis, however, preferred to stay in the Vatican all summer and had turned Castel Gadolfo’s largest papal mansion into a museum. The new Pontiff, before reaching the Barberini Mansion, where he would stay, descended from the vehicle where he was aboard and greeted the multitude of believers who rushed to welcome him. According to the Italian press, the American Pope needs a period of rest because he works very intensively and has already begun writing his first circular. Source: RES
