A 30e producer spoke out about the cancellation of tours of the singers Ivete Sangalo and Ludmilla this Wednesday (15). The artists blamed the company for the decision and accused it of not complying with conditions stipulated in the contract.
The producer says that it did not consider canceling the tours at any time and claims that it was a “unilateral decision by the artists”. She claims that the two singers did not try to negotiate adjustments and that they surprised her with the announcements.
“Regarding the 'A Festa' tour [de Ivete Sangalo]due to demand, the company proposed to the artist and her team a readjustment of the structure and production, and was surprised by the announcement [de cancelamento] published”.
Regarding Ludmilla's tour, the company says that “there was no negotiation prior to the decision” and again states that it was a decision “exclusive to the artist”.
A cancellation note released by Ivete Sangalo, this Wednesday morning, corroborates the producer's allegations that the decision was unilateral : “Ivete Sangalo and her office chose to cancel the 'A Festa' tour”.
“The decision, although painful, proved to be necessary after realizing that the producer responsible for putting on the shows would not be able to guarantee the necessary conditions”, completes the text. See the full note here.
However, the statement released by Ludmilla contradicts this point and exempts the singer and her team of the decision.
“For reasons beyond the control of Ludmilla and her team, the 'Ludmilla In The House Tour' is cancelled”, says the text. “I'm sad about the cancellation of the tour because it was created with the purpose of celebrating 10 years of my career.” See the full note here.

30e will announce refund procedures for fans who had already purchased tickets as soon as possible.
With more than three million people impacted annually by the events it promotes, carries out and produces, 30e can confirm its full capacity to fulfill its commitments to its customers, partners and sponsors, and informs that the other announced tours are confirmed and will take place normally” .
