Ivete and Ludmilla: producer advises on refunds after tour cancellations

After the cancellation of tours Ludmilla and Ivete Sangalo , producer 30e shared refund guidelines this Thursday (16). The measure will be valid for fans who had already purchased tickets for the singers' shows.

According to the producer, the refund will be made in full: ticket price + fee . Through a post on social media, 30e mentions what fans should do. After sale by Eventim, the producer states that “the value of the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions of use”.

For purchases made with a credit card, refunds are automatic and the deadline for viewing the refund is up to two invoices. In the case of a purchase via Pix, if it was made in the last 90 days, the refund is also automatic within up to 15 calendar days. For purchases over three months old, Eventim will contact you to request the customer's bank details.

In the post, producer 30e also details the refund procedure that must be carried out after purchasing through an in-person channel, that is, at a box office or official point of sale. Check out all the information below:

30e also mentions that it is not responsible for purchases made through unofficial channels. “There are no refunds or remission of amenities”, they mention in the publication.

Announcements of the cancellation of the two singers' tours were published on social media this Wednesday morning (15). The artists accuse the production company 30e of not fulfilling what was agreed in the contract.

Later, the producer also spoke out, speaking of a lack of communication and stating that the artists did not negotiate anything before surprising her with the announcements.
