Ivete Sangalo, Iza and Leci sing at the champions’ parade in RJ; See photos

The singers Ivete Sangalo, Iza, Leci Brandão and Zezé Motta opened the champions parade in Rio de Janeiro, this Saturday (8), and celebrated the International Women’s Day.

The six carioca samba schools that obtained the best results after the parades in the Marquis of Sapucaí return to the sacred ground after the opening presentation.

Ivete Sangalo, who used a silver body, Iza, who honored Elza Soares (1930-2022), Zezé Motta and Leci Brandão sang several tracks to celebrate national samba.

  3. Unidos do Viradouro (4th place)
  4. Empress Leopoldinense (3rd place)
  5. Academics of Grande Rio (runner-up)
  6. Hummingbird of Nilópolis (Champion)

Among the highlights of the parade are Paolla Oliveira who says goodbye to the post of queen of Large river and the sambista Neguinho Beija-Flor which gives goodbye to the victorious association after five decades of carnival.
