Jack Dorsey and Jay-Z launch educational program for kids

The famous rapper, together with the founder of Twitter and the CEO of Block, are opening a free Bitcoin Academy program for socially disadvantaged Americans.

Jack Dorsey united with Jay-Z (Shawn Carter) to expand access to financial information, explore crypto technologies, and promote inclusive opportunities for low-income residents of the Marcy Houses complex in Brooklyn, where the rapper grew up.

Children living in social housing will be able to join the project as part of a special Crypto Kids Camp program.

To the program invited tutors Lamar Wilson of Black Bitcoin Billionaire and Najah J. Roberts of Crypto Blockchain Plug. The details of the training program at the “Bitcoin Academy” are not yet known, but it is expected that the topics will be related to the study of the basics of cryptography, blockchain technology, the cryptocurrency market, and obtaining the skills to safely invest in crypto assets.

In March, the Binance cryptocurrency exchange launched the Binance Learn and Earn educational initiative, through which users can earn cryptocurrencies by completing blockchain and crypto-related tasks.
