The influencer Jade Picon 23, caught attention on the web when she appeared in a video published by her brother, Leo Picon 28, this Friday (24). During a recent trip to Fernando de Noronha, Pernambuco, she showed off her shape and received compliments.
“Easy [‘fácil’, em português]”, wrote the influencer. What caught the public’s attention the most was Jade Picon’s defined six-pack.
“Do you have your abs training Jade?” asked a follower. “Those anime abs,” commented another. In her fitness routine, the influencer and former BBB member usually plays footvolley on the beach.
Recently, she also attracted attention on social media by diving into an ice pool after training.
Jade Picon did a fight workout with her personal trainer and then got into the bathtub, a technique known to help reduce muscle inflammation and blood flow, which can alleviate muscle pain.
