THE jaguar that devoured and killed the homemade Jorge Ávalo 60, arrived at a wildlife maintaining institute in the city of Amparo, in the interior of São Paulo.

“We are talking about an animal with behavior used to human presence, that is, he has lost part of his natural escape instincts, which makes his reintegration to nature more complex and dangerous, both for him and people,” says veterinarian Jorge Salomão, technical responsible for the Fauna Maintainer of the Amprara Animal Institute.
