Jah’s tribe celebrates 40 years of career with national tour; See dates

The tribe of Jah began on Saturday (12) the tour that celebrates its 40th anniversary on the road. The only Brazilian band to perform at the main reggae festival of ever, Sunsplash, intends to run Brazil revisiting its legacy.

The band’s sequence will feature the original formation of the set composed by Fauzi Beydoun (vocalist), Aquiles Rabelo (bassist), Netto Enes (guitarist) and João Rodrigues (drummer) and keyboardist Frazão.

Fauzi, who is also the creator of the Jah tribe, revered the trajectory of the reggae band and remembered the adversities faced in these 40 years.

“The band has edifying, constructive messages, the band does not say anything depreciative. So, I think the band should have greater recognition. We can never use the laws of encouraging culture at the federal level. So, so it was always a battle of a lot of resistance, struggle for survival,” said the singer.
