“I have always found January a very difficult month, especially when I was suffering from clinical depression”, wrote the thirty-four year old publishing a series of beautiful shots that portray him with his wife Alizée Thevenet and their beloved dogs: “When everyone sets new goals, new ground rules, and strives to become the best version of themselves, some of us just want to survive … However, I have set myself a new mantra inspired by my dogs: don’t spend every moment thinking about what’s to come or the past. The past is imperfect, the future will be too, but now we can do something about it. So now I’ll take the dogs for a long walk hand in hand with my wife. ‘

It is not the first time that the youngest of the Middleton brothers has opened up to this issue. “Ten days after the diagnosis, I disappeared without telling anyone where I was going “, he had always written on Instagram last May,” I loaded the dogs into the car and immersed myself in nature, in the wildest and most remote part of the Lake District. There I swam in a frozen lake, took walks in the snow-capped mountains and was left alone in a cottage. ‘
