JBL unveils Quantum Stream, the company’s first microphone built for streamers

The JBL company is known all over the world for a whole scattering of various portable speakers for every taste and color, although in fact the manufacturer has a lot more different devices in its assortment. And starting today, January 4th, the brand has expanded its presence in the market with a new Quantum Stream microphone, which was created specifically for streamers – you can play video games perfectly, but it is almost impossible to become a Twitch star if the sound quality is poor. It was with these features of operation that the new product was developed – the microphone was created for gamers who want to stream at high quality and with comfort.

In order to satisfy the needs of a potential audience, the device developers have implemented several useful bonuses. Firstly, JBL Quantum Stream supports several recording modes – you can stream a single stream or record a podcast together in the same room. Secondly, the microphone was equipped with the extremely important function of quickly turning off the sound capture – on the end of the device there is a special button that turns off the recording. Secondly, the gadget is equipped with a rather stylish ring-shaped backlight (with RGB backlighting), which informs the user about whether his interlocutors can hear. And it can also be synchronized with the backlighting of peripherals or PC components.

In addition, the manufacturer has made sure that the sound quality satisfies both beginners and advanced streamers. The microphone is equipped with a double capsule condenser and supports 24-bit sampling with a resolution of 96 kHz. There is also support for proprietary software JBL QuantumEngine – you can adjust the equalizer parameters, sync RGB-lighting and more. It should be noted that the microphone is connected via USB, it comes with a universal mount (you can quickly place the device on a table or hang it on a boom) with a 360-degree rotation, and the design of the case is immediately striking, although it is devoid of pretentious decorative elements …

The cost of JBL Quantum Stream is $ 100 – in this price category the gadget has practically no competitors.
