Jean Jereissati, CEO of Ambev and special guest this Thursday (17) on the program “Paths with Abilio Diniz“, considers that the World Cup in Qatar is an even better opportunity than the 2018 World Cup.
On the eve of the most important competition in world football, which will take place, for the first time, in the middle of the Brazilian summer, the executive says that he has expanded his logistics capacity by 56% compared to the last event.
“It will be the first Cup held in the summer, at our sales peak. We have been preparing for this moment for a year”, says Jereissati.
“We are living in a post-election world, in which Brazil has become very polarized. The World Cup will not solve these problems. But if she manages to make it a little smaller, if we manage to reconnect, embrace each other again, I think we can say that we had a successful World Cup”, adds the businessman.
Abilio Diniz, CEO of Ambev, also talks about expectations with the transition of government, the need for tax reform and how Brazil needs to establish itself to receive investment from abroad and be the safe haven of the world.
