Jennifer Aniston recently bought Oprah Winfrey’s house, per $14.8 million. It is a Tuscan-style farmhouse, in that of Montecitoone of the favorite locations of the Celebs.
Oprah bought that estate in early 2021, paying $10.5 million for it from Fred Shuman, a New York hedge fund manager. Over the years, the couple has assembled the estate into what it is today, with the main house (the one taken by Aniston), plus two small cottages, surrounded by greenery.
In reality, it seems that not all of the property now belongs to the actress: the two cottages, according to reports Dirtwould have been left, for 2.3 million dollars, a Bob GreeneOprah’s property manager and personal trainer.
According to the site of the announcementthe house would have four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a service bathroom.
The neighbors? Lots of VIPs, from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to Ellen DeGeneres, from Rob Lowe to Ariana Grande. All in all, a good company.
