To sell her ultra-luxury villa in Bel Air, California for 42,500,000 dollars decided the Jenifer Lopez.
The “rare and extraordinary” home sits on eight “stunning acres of land” and was originally designed by iconic architect Samuel Marx, ET reports citing the company that has undertaken the sale.
The singer bought it, according to the Athens News Agency, in 2016 from actress Sheila Ward. The renovation that followed cost Lopez $28 million.
The main house with its distinctive stone and wood French country style decor includes nine bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen with a built-in breakfast area, games room, library, massage room, a guesthouse that doubles as a gym and a 30-seat screening room. It is particularly bright and allows a wonderful view of the surrounding area to be seen from every point. There is a second property for guests, a swimming pool, an organic vegetable garden, a lake with a sandy beach, a 100-person outdoor amphitheater and “private hiking trails.”
The news of the house being sold comes just weeks after the news of Affleck and Lopez’s multi-million dollar deal with a well-known American chain of coffee shops.
