Jeremy Renner says why he turned down a role in “Mission: Impossible 6”

Jeremy Renner 53, chose not to return for the sixth film in the franchise “Mission Impossible” titled “Fallout Effect” and released in 2018. The actor had already given life to William Brandt in two sequences.

In an interview with the Happy Sad Confused podcast, the artist admitted that he made the decision after discovering what his character's fate would be.

“I remember they tried to get me to film, across the Atlantic, for a week – just so they could kill my character. I said, 'No, you can't do that. You're not going to make me go there just to kill myself. Spare me! “” She recalled.

Furthermore, at the time of recording, Ava , Jeremy's daughter had just been born. In this way, moving away from the little girl just to seal the character's tragic fate sounded like an offense.
