The news of the 27-year-old’s death hit the fashion industry like a bolt of lightning model Jeremy Ruehlemann, as friends and people from the fashion industry announced on Sunday. The cause of his death is currently unknown.
The model collaborated with designers such as Christian Siriano, John Varvatos, Superdry, Perry Ellis and others and, as reported by New York Postphotographed for several magazines, including GQ and Playhouse Magazine.

The same model Lexi Wood wrote one shocking post in memory of Ruehlemann, whom she also described as her “soulmate” and “best friend”.
“Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Jeremy,” Lexi captioned an Instagram post. “I can’t even express what a magical creature he was. I met Jeremy when I was 15 and the day I met him I knew my heart would be full forever. He is my soul mate, my best friend, my support, my family, my light, my love, my twin flame… I could write endlessly about Jeremy because he was so special,” she gushes.
The model uploaded a series of photos with Jeremy as well as past love messages the two exchanged.
Wood writes that she had only seen Ruehlemann on Thursday.
“But I think the thing about him was that he walked around shining like a ray of sunshine, he made everyone feel special and wherever he went he radiated a bright light. His love will flow eternally in this world» concludes Jeremy Ruehlemann’s close friend.
Ruehlemann had posted a behind-the-scenes photo of a photo shoot for Tommy Hilfiger on his Instagram page a few days before his death.
