Joe Biden: “I intend to win this election”

US President Joe Biden said today that he intends to win the November presidential election, a day after his disastrous debate performance with Donald Trump. “I intend to win this election,” Biden said at a campaign rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the southeastern US. “I don’t speak as easily as I used to, I don’t speak as fluently as I used to, I’m not as good at debates as I used to be,” Biden admitted today, the day after his lackluster performance against his 78-year-old Republican rival. “I give you my word, Biden’s. I wouldn’t run again if I didn’t believe, with all my heart and all my soul, that I can do this job,” the American president assured his supporters in North Carolina, a state he “intends to win.”
