The 79-year-old President was attending a Global Infrastructure Partnership event on Tuesday when photographers spotted him flipping through pages of his notes.
One page included detailed instructions explaining “step by step” what would happen during the meeting, even referring to Biden as “YOU” in red capital letters.

“YOU will sit in the center” was another instruction to the US president, and there were hints as to when he would need to speak. At the bottom of the note, there is a reminder to turn the page to see his introductory statement.
According to the New York Post, this is not the first time that Biden has been “caught” using “stage directions” in his public appearances. At a meeting last June with business executives, Biden was recorded holding a note that told him to “walk into the Roosevelt Room and greet the participants,” guiding him on when and how much he should speak.
