The American actor, director and producer John Krasinski 45, was elected the sexiest man in the world of 2024 by People magazine. He appears on the cover of the publication, which annually chooses a new name for the title.
“Just an immediate blackout, really. Zero thoughts. This isn’t how I wake up thinking, ‘Is this the day I get asked to be the Sexiest Man Alive?’ And yet it was the day you did it. You guys really raised my level,” he told the magazine about the appointment.
Krasinski gained fame by starring in the series “The Office“ (2005-2013) and “Jake Ryan” (2018-2023). He has also ventured behind the camera and is responsible for the successful franchise “A Quiet Place” .
Married to Oscar-nominated actress Emily Blunt (“The Devil Wears Prada” and “Oppenheimer”) since 2010, he has been a father to two girls.
In previous years, the title of “sexiest man in the world” went to Patrick Dempsey (2023), Chris Evans (2022), Paul Rudd (2021) and Michael B. Jordan (2020).
