Johnson: Insufficient evidence that Russia withdrew troops on border with Ukraine

THE Boris Johnson appeared suspicious with her Russia and considers that Moscow maintains an army at the border with the Ukrainebut he is lying, he said in a telephone conversation he had with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

The AFP Downing Street said in a statement that Johnson and Guterres agreed that a Russian invasion of Ukraine would have “catastrophic” consequences and decided to continue working together to find a diplomatic solution but also to “avoid a catastrophic military coup and humanitarian crisis”.

They also repeated that states have a responsibility to abide by their obligations under the Charter of the United Nations and to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of UN member states.

Russia’s announcements that withdrawing military units from the region are treated with distrust by the West, which insists that Moscow maintains its forces on the border with Ukraine.
