The British Prime Minister also said that he wants American citizens to come to England “freely” and that he is in contact with the United States about a travel corridor.

Johnson’s comments on LBC follow a number of reports that the prime minister is going to exclude visitors from the EU and the US who are fully vaccinated from mandatory quarantine in the coming days.
According to LBC, the Prime Minister stated that he wants American citizens who are fully vaccinated to visit Britain as they did before the pandemic.
“We want people to be able to come freely from the United States, as they usually do. We talk to them constantly. We are currently facing the (pandemic) wave with the Delta variant, the US is facing the wave with the Delta, but I assure you that we are constantly monitoring it. “Once we have something to tell you about the travel corridors, you will have our news.” Johnson concluded.
