Johnson warns: Third coronavirus in Europe could hit Britain

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson warns of its third wave of infections COVID-19, which sweeps Europe, may head for Britain.

“Previous experience has taught us that, when a wave hits our friends, then, I am afraid, it washes away on our shores as well “I expect that we will feel these results when the time comes,” Johnson told reporters today.

Asked if there was a risk to Britain’s vaccination program from European Union threats to ban vaccine exports to the United Kingdom, Johnson he said he did not think that would happen.

“I have been reassured by talking to the EU partners over the last few months, they do not want to see exclusions, I think this is very, very important,” he was quoted as saying by Reuters and the Athens-based News Agency.

THE Britain will continue with its vaccination program, said Boris Johnson, confirming that the plan to ease restrictions under the roadmap is underway.
