Jojo Todynho updates health status after bariatric surgery: “I felt a lot of pain, but I’m fine”

Singer Jojo Todynho updated fans on her health condition this Wednesday (9), after undergoing bariatric surgery on Tuesday (8).

“I’m fine”, began the artist in the sequence of videos recorded in the hospital bed in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro, where she performed the procedure.

Still talking to the followers, Jojo said that he felt a lot of pain after the intervention and that he is already out of the CTI (Intensive Care Center). In addition, he also explained why he said on social media that he had given up on the surgery.

“Good afternoon, I’m here. I am fine. Yesterday, after the surgery, I felt a lot of pain, and I left the ICU this morning […] I came to the room, but I’m fine”, he commented.

“To make something very clear here, I didn’t tell you that I wasn’t going to have the bariatric procedure for fear of being cancelled, no […] It’s a delicate surgery and I don’t have to answer if I’m going to do it or not. Decisions in my life are made by me and not by the internet”, he pointed out.

Jojo said that later on he will detail the entire process he went through. “When I get back home, I’ll tell you everything in detail about this process and why I decided to do it. I have a wonderful team that takes care of me and that’s it.”

Finally, the 26-year-old singer also explained that she spoke on the networks that she had given up on the procedure due to the harassment.

“It was a disturbance every day: ‘when are you going to do it, with which doctor?””, he recalled. “I said I had given up, but I continued doing the process, follow-up with a psychologist, the exams, which are many. completed.
