“Joker: Delirium for Two” gets a teaser focusing on Arthur Fleck; check it out

The film “Joker: Delirium for Two ” had another teaser released on social media this Monday (2). The new excerpt focuses on scenes of the protagonist Arthur Fleck, played by Joaquin Phoenix .

He appears in a police car and in the background voices say “he’s sick”, “delusional” and “he’s a monster”. Soon after, scenes from the previous film with his classic laugh are recalled — until the moment when Harley Quinn, played by Lady Gaga, appears saying “he’s not sick, he’s perfect”.

In the plot, Arthur Fleck is institutionalized in Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as the Joker. While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only finds true love, but also finds the music that has always been inside him.

The feature film is a sequel to the 2019 film and will show how the characters played by Oscar winners Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga met in prison and became romantically involved.

Names such as Zazie Beetz (“Deadpool 2”), Catherine Keener (“Being John Malkovich”), Brendan Gleeson (“The Banshees of Inisherin”) and Jacob Lofland (“Bandit Love”) make up the cast. American filmmaker Todd Phillips, responsible for the first film, returns to direct “Joker: Delirium for Two”.
